Obeza: Inspiring African Christian Creatives Through Design

Obeza is a creative agency that empowers African Christian creatives through design, mentorship, and inspiring content. Its work is anchored in three core arms, Creative Agency, Creative School, and Creative Merch, each dedicated to helping creatives grow, express their faith, and share their talents with the world. My role was to design a landing page that communicated Obeza’s mission clearly while capturing its fun, faith-driven personality.

Obeza needed a landing page that could seamlessly bring together its three diverse arms into one unified experience. The goal was to:

  • Present each arm clearly without losing the sense of a single brand identity.

  • Reflect the energy, creativity, and faith at the heart of Obeza.

  • Make it easy for visitors to understand the brand, explore its work, and take action.

My Approach

I designed the page around clarity, personality, and storytelling.

Process:

  1. Brand Discovery – Understood Obeza’s vision, audience, and tone to ensure the design resonated with African Christian creatives.

  2. Content Structure – Organized the page flow starting with an inspiring hero section, then moving through “What We Do,” the three arms, and “About Us” for context.

  3. Visual Language – Used bold typography, vibrant colors, and warm imagery to reflect the faith-driven creativity of the brand.

  4. Call-to-Action Placement – Strategically added CTAs to guide visitors to learn more, join programs, or shop from the merch line.

The Solution

The landing page features:

  • Hero Section – A bold introduction that instantly communicates Obeza’s vision.

  • What We Do – A clear summary of the agency’s mission and value.

  • Three Arms Section – Dedicated visuals and descriptions for Creative Agency, Creative School, and Creative Merch.

  • About Us – A storytelling space to share Obeza’s origins, values, and community focus.

  • Calls-to-Action – Easy navigation for users to connect, learn, or make purchases.

Result

The final design delivers a vibrant, faith centered experience that speaks directly to Obeza’s audience. It successfully unites the brand’s three arms under one cohesive design, creating a page that’s both inviting and informative.
